All Associates are viewed as invaluable business partners, and as such, they are rewarded with the most generous compensation plan in the Direct Selling Industry. Built as a "binary" structure, each Xocai independent Associate will have two marketing legs -- one on the left and one on the right. As you review the following ways to earn income, keep in mind that by enrolling in the Autoship Program, recommended but not required, you will maximize your commissions and take full advantage of the up to 50% payout of commissionable volume. The following illustrations will help you understand this powerful compensation plan and the income potential as your organization grows. Sign Up With 3 Business Centers for More Profitability At the Basic level, you will be activating One Business Center. Place two new Associates directly below you, one on the right and one on the left, qualifying you as Royal. Ranks of Achievement and Autoship There are 12 different Ranks of Achievement in Xocai and as you reach each new level, you will be able to enjoy more and more of the bonuses that make this the most lucrative pay plan in the network marketing industry today. Seven Ways to Earn Income 1. Retail Profit. While most people will decide to sign up as either a Customer or an Associate and order product directly from the company, you do have the ability to retail the product yourself. You buy the product at the wholesale cost, sell it for the suggested retail price, and keep the difference. 2. Quick Check. As you build your Healthy Chocolate Business, you will be paid a weekly Quick Check Bonus for all new personally enrolled
Associates -- $50 for those who sign up with One Business Center (Basic) and $150 for those who sign up with Three Business Centers (Business Builder and Executive). Remember that you are required to be enrolled in the autoship program in order to receive the Quick Check and other Bonuses. 3. Royal Maker Bonus. To achieve the level of Royal, all you need to do is enroll two new Associates, one on the left and one on the right, during your first 4 weeks in business. Now teach your new people to do what you just did. When you help your new Associates achieve Royal, then you will be paid a $40 Royal Maker Bonus for each one. 4. Infinity Bonus.The Infinity Bonus is paid bi-weekly and is based on the balanced volume between your right and left legs. When the volume in your lesser leg reaches a minimum of $500 Group Volume, you will be paid a bonus equal to 10% of that volume, up to a limit of $10,000 per week per Business Center. In the illustration shown to the right, the left leg has a volume of $770 and the right leg has a volume of $550. You would be paid an Infinity Bonus of $55 -- 10% of your lesser leg. The remaining $220 of volume on the left leg will carry forward to the next bonus period. All unused volume in non-flushing as long as you remain on autoship. 5. Executive Generation Bonus (EGB). When you reach the rank of Executive you will be eligible to begn receiving a check-matching bonus based on the Infinity Bonus paid to the Associates you have personally sponsored, and the Associates they have personally sponsored, and so on up to 7 generations deep. The number of generations deep for your bonus depends upon your own level of achievement -- Executive earns an EGB on the first generation, Bronze Executive earns an EGB on the first two generations, and so forth until you reach Presidential Double Diamond and earn an EGB on all seven generations. The EGB is computed using a floating, descending percentage; please refer to the corporate Compensation Plan guidelines for a full explanation of this bonus. 6. Leadership Pools. Four percent of the company's total Group Volume is set aside as a Leadership Pool and is divided among the top five qualified leadership Ranks. Only active, qualified Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Double Diamond, and Presidential Double Diamond Executives may participate in this Pool. The above illustration shows the percentages paid to eack Rank. 7. Expansion Centers. By achieving the rank of a Presidential Double Diamond Executive you qualify for your first Expansion Center. Earn additional Expansion Centers by generating $50,000 in Group Volume (GV) in one week in that new Expansion Center's Lesser Leg. As your Healthy Chocolate Business grows, you can potentially earn a total of three Expansion Centers with each potentially earning $10,000 per week in Infinity Bonuses. There are three ways to begin your Healthy Chocolate Business -- Basic, Business Builder, and Executive Fast Start. Each offers the same very lucrative compensation plan but the Business Builder and Executive Fast Start allow you to tap into additional earning potential not immediately available at the Basic level. These three plans are described below but the importance of additional Business Centers will be described in the explanation of the compensation plan that follows:

BUT....if you sign up at either the Business Builder or Executive level, you will be activating Three Business Centers. You now have the ability to place your new Associates and any retail sales volume in Business Centers 2 or 3, resulting in faster growth and higher commissions.

If you are actively building your business then you will, of course, be using the product, both for your own health and enjoyment as well as having product on hand to sample with your customers and business prospects. It is important to note, however, that a certain amount of personal volume is required each month in order for you to benefit from all the bonuses available to you. The autoship program was designed to help you fulfil this requirement. For the first 4 levels of Rank (Associate, Royal, Royal 500 and Royal 1K) your autoship requirement is $110 (1 case of product) every 4 weeks. The remaining levels of Rank (Executive through Presidential Double Diamond) require $220 (2 cases of product) every 4 weeks.
As you will see in the examples that follow, your commissions and bonuses are based on the total group volume of both your right and left marketing legs. Being on the autoship program also guarantees that any unpaid volume will carry forward to the next bi-weekly or monthly bonus period; otherwise this unpaid volume will "flush" at the end of the period.
